Carambola Golf Club is working hard to once again become a wonderful golf course. It's over 50 years old now and a typical Trent Jones and Roger Rulewich design. Tough par and easy bogey has been their design standard. It's not perfect, but this year has seen, after Hurricane Maria in 2017, a reinvestment in the course. It's time to play it again. The greens are very nice, challenging and rolling pretty well. They will get better. New equipment investment has helped tremendously all over the course.. New golf carts are all solid. Fairways are pretty good as well. Sand traps are improving but still need a little work. You'll enjoy the beauty and challenge of this course in 2018/19.

Had a tee time, took a taxi from the Buccaneer resort, got to the course and found no one there. Security did not know why no one was at the clubhouse. Waste of time and taxi money. Just go to the pool or beach at the Buccaneer.
