I used to live on the 10th Tee of the Citrus and played it many times in the early 2000's. It is a private course and it is wonderful. Always in good condition and a very competent crew of folks looking out after it. Yes, it is expensive to be a member there but you have two other courses you can play, The Mountain and the Dune Course over at the La Quinta Resort and Spa. If you like CC type living, it is a great place to be.
